" As usual your staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.  We always recommend your restaurant"

Restaurant

We’re not flash!
Just good, honest, quality food, prepared & served by good, honest folk!

Our own Cairnton Aberdeen Angus beef is the essential ingredient for many of our dishes and all other produce is locally sourced from premium suppliers.

With daily hot options, our extensive selection of Gillian's home bakes and freshly brewed coffee. It's the obvious choice for your morning snack, lunch-time meal or afternoon tea.

We now offer Senior Citizen lunches on a Monday and Tuesday from 12pm to 2pm, which consists of a 2 course meal for only £6.50 per person.  These have become increasingly popular since they began and have really turned our quiet monday's around.

Also our new traditional afternoon teas are now available 7 days a week from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, also costing £6.50 per person and including freshly made sandwiches, scones, cake, a tray bake and tea or coffee.

A children's playground out the back means parents can enjoy their coffee as they watch their children play, and for those thrill seekers among you, you'll be glad of a light refreshment when you finish your exhilarating activity session.

In a pleasant quiet setting, with friendly staff and excellent quality food, you'll find yourself returning time after time.

The Bull Ring

A brand new offering for winter 2009/2010 is 'The Bull Ring', Deeside's only Cairnton Aberdeen Angus Roast Beef Carvery. It will be open every Sunday lunchtime, from 12-2.30pm throughout the winter months.

The carvery will of course, feature our own Cairnton Aberdeen Angus roast beef, in addition to a further roast from a guest supplier.  The initial week, Sunday 1st November, will see a pork roast from local supplier, Sandy Ingram (that's who supplies our wonderful bacon).

The Bull Ring has arisen in direct response to the new initiative being spear-headed by the Royal Deeside & Cairngorm Destination Management Organisation (DMO), in which they are attempting to put the north east of Scotland firmly on the map as a quality food destination.

The Bull Ring Carvery Lunches follow on from our Aberdeen Angus Steak Celebration Evening, which was held in September 2009, during which we offered a 3 course menu to guests, featuring a full range of fresh and seasonal produce from the local area.   The evening event highlighted to us how important local and quality food has become to today's consumer.  In response to the feedback we received from this event and in collaboration with our local DMO, we made the decision to further push the food message to help to build the all important 'Deeside Food Brand'.

Diners to The Bull Ring will be offered a 2 or 3 course meal packed full of local produce and booking in advance is highly recommended.
